Autism is a disorder that currently affects 1 in every 88 children born in the United States. In the decade of the 90's, this disorder grew by 137% while the U.S. population grew at only a 13% rate. Did you know that this disorder has no known cause or cure?
The Autism Puzzle Foundation is dedicated to serving those with autism and raising awareness about its effect on children and families impacted by the disorder. Each year, we hold an event to raise funds to provide education and services for Vermonters on the autism spectrum. Funds go to support The Autism Puzzle Foundation family grants and Autism Speaks, the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization. Thanks to the generous technical support of the Vermont Assistive Technology Program, we are helping children and families put together the pieces that will enable those on the autism spectrum to live life more fulfilled.
